EMERGENCY CONTACT Special Circumstances Emergency Contact: We normally require 24 hours advance notice to schedule pick up or delivery of your vehicle. The preferred method is by e-mail sent to gary@mycarvault.com. State the DAY, DATE, TIME WINDOW (30 minutes) to pick up or deliver your vehicle and whether AM or PM. The next method is by telephone giving the same information as above. The customary hours for pickup and delivery are 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, and by special arrangement 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. We are NOT available at any time on the following holidays: New Years Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day The best contact phone numbers are: 404-290-2777 - From 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM daily Leave a detailed message OR for Emergency Call the same number Anytime Obviously, we cannot predict every special need, but we try hard to arrange for customers' schedules to be our priority.
